Sunny Escape near Railay

The resort is beautiful and relaxing. It's right near the pier as you come off the boat into Railay. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is delicious. The food at the resort is generally to a high standard.

The resort is on a mangrove forest so you don't have direct beach access, this can cause it to be quite smelly on some days. The staff are generally good and helpful but might need some encouragement at times.

Lovely and luxurious.

Good location for bars, restaurants, beach. Lovely room with private pool!

Was a bit of a hassle getting there as it is only accessible by boat. But was quite close to the pier so not far to walk once off the boat.

Wonderful

Good location to pier and an easy walk to the west beach. Juicer at breakfast - loved this, meant I could make fresh juice in any combination I wanted Pool and pool bar was a great place to relax after a day out. Happy hour 2-5, so got very busy.

GREAT PLACE WITH JUST ONE THING TO IMPROVE

Apart from written on the things to improve everything was perfect: Good location, very helpful and kind staff, cleaned rooms and common areas, good breakfast and very helpful transfer service. All these things make us give a good score, but it would be good to improve the A/C system.

The noisy A/C system forced us to use ear plugs to be able to sleep what is very annoying for a resting place as Railay Beach. We asked for a change of room but the other saw were in the same conditions, so we think it was just because the devices are old.

Ideal location for our vacation purposes.

Location - it was on the main walkway from the jetty and easily accessible with many food options nearby. Our purpose was to be near the climbing crags and this was an ideal location.

Faces the mangroves and doesn’t have great plumbing (as do all the properties along that stretch).

Lovely big room in a great East Railay location

Excellent central location in East Railay. Close to lots of bars and restaurants (sweet & sour baked fish in nearby The Heart restaurant is especially good) and within easy walk of the beaches of West Railay and Phra Nang. Lovely big room with an enormous bed that's all kept really clean. Balcony is a good size, and the bathroom is conveniently divided into sections. It even has a bath! Breakfast is good if not amazing, but there's a huge selection and a really nice freshly made omelette station. Pool looked good, but I didn't use it, as the beaches are so beautiful.

On checkout the staff tried to charge us for a slightly dirty hand towel, which we used to dry the outside sofa after a torrential downpour. Left a bit of a sour taste. The sofa should have been clean in the first place, we just dried it off.

Wonderful

It was my second stay since four years ago. They refurnished guest room interior recently. So, room condition quite nice with brand new furniture and bed. Renovated lobby, restaurant and pool bar were provided more cozy and delicate atmosphere.

There were variaty foods in breakfast buffet. Forwording to a next level, it would be better if they can improve the quality of each meals.

Fantastic in all areas! Make sure to stay here when in Railay.

The staff were fantastic. The facilities are all of high quality, with the location perfect for speedboat/longboat transfers and a 10 minute walk to Railay (main swimming) beach.

Happy Family Stay!

Beds are super large that it could fit couple with 2 small kids in Deluxe Double room.Sofa beds and cot are set up for free. Clean pools and clean room with comfortable beds and pillows. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast that are basic but have alternate fried noodles, rice, soup and buns as well with served coffee! We find it amusing to be so close up with Monkeys can pay a surprise visit so be sure to lock rooms and clear of any food plastics on balcony. Kids love the big clean bathtub. I like the separate for shower and toilet! Big room with spacious balcony on Deluxe double room for less than 130 paid by credit card with no admin fee like some other hotel that charges 3%. I have to praise the amazing housekeeping lady who’s done an awesome role in making sure we have all we need in the room. Excellent staff at the restaurant too!

Internet need to be log in every time we were back in the room and it indicated unsecured access! We Cindy manage to get a SIM card so had to use free Wife! I was afraid to check on my banking app as I got a scam email from the hotel that had been compromised in the Booking.com app before I got there but nothing lost so far other though I will need to replace a new card as I have given the scammmer my whole card cvc details! Booking.com communicated promptly with the hotel to assure me not to make any payments over other web links provided by the scammer! Have to pay for my 8 years old child breakfast 300b/day though she barely had nothing more than a bowl of cereal! Small issue though the overall stay outshine the little fee.
